Location: South Shields
Pay rate: £12:70/hr
Role Overview:
As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will collaborate with the Healthy Homes team on the damp and mould program. Previous experience within the social housing industry will be advantageous, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between customers and the Healthy Homes team.
- Manage and address inquiries related to the damp and mould program.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between stakeholders.
- Utilize your expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve concerns.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the social housing industry is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
